Vocational Dyslexia screening:
The Dyslexia Vocational Evaluation Service identifies transferable employability skills, suitable job goal areas and workplace adaptations through interpretation of the individual’s dyslexia traits by a qualified evaluator.
The Dyslexia Vocational Evaluation is a unique evaluation in which a customer’s dyslexia traits are identified leading to recommendations which both helps existing employees by identifying adjustments and coping strategies that would help them in their current role, by informing candidates looking for work, and by focussing on job goals that best suit the type of dyslexia concluded within the evaluation.
The evaluation is carried out by a qualified advisor who will work with the customer to ensure that they understand the evaluation details and recommendations that are made. Advisors are qualified to BTEC Level 3 in Dyslexia Awareness and Recognition accredited by Edexcel.
Workplace Mental Health Support Service: If staff are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues that are affecting them at work, then we are here to help. Our free support will enable staff to overcome the issues that they are experiencing at work, so that they can remain in work. By working in Partnership with Access to Work and DWP, we are delivering this service to individuals with a mental health condition across England, Scotland and Wales.
