Scotland’s enterprise and skills agencies are urging all businesses in Scotland to continue to actively prepare for changes taking place following the Brexit transition period. The PrepareforBrexit website gives Scottish businesses access to resources, events, support and the expert advice needed to prepare effectively.
The government has (10 October 2019) published a document on "How to Import Goods from the EU into the UK through Roll On Roll Off (RORO) locations after Brexit. Not including Northern Ireland". You can find this document at the bottom of this page.

Free support to become an Exporter
In addition to its range of cost-effective products and services, Scottish Chambers of Commerce is working closely with Scottish Enterprise to deliver the relevant training. This national European match-funded programme provides free or subsidised support to companies and individuals based in Ayrshire and beyond to help them increase their exporting skills and knowledge. Specialist training, online tools and a national helpline is now available, providing much-needed support for Scottish companies seeking to trade globally.
