The Modern Apprentice scheme, funded by Skills Development Scotland, helps you to grow your business from the inside.

By giving employees, over the age of 16, an opportunity to work in a paid job while undertaking work based or part time study, you will help develop employees with the increased skills and confidence required to develop your business. By creating a highly motivated workforce, the scheme can help boost employee retention and commitment to your company. Many Modern Apprentices move on to senior management positions within the organisation.
