Lean: Business Transformation Programme

One day taster session, providing businesses with an overview and structured approach to a full overhaul of their services, focusing on reducing ‘waste’ (inefficiencies) and increasing growth. Predominantly using Lean and Agile techniques, but including strategy development, change management and leadership development.

The programme would typically be a 12 month support package, but this taster session will provide businesses with an outline and overview of the tools and methodology - enough for you to go away and start applying some of the learning, or alternatively, a stepping stone to further support and to fully engage in the programme.

The programme follows 3 steps: Engage, Transform and Sustain.
