This short, sharp session will look into mental wellbeing and how we support and become more aware of both our own and our colleagues’ mental health in the workplace. We will look at what mental health is and some signs and indicators that mental health may be declining.
We will discuss how the COVID-19 and the current pandemic has affected us all, the way we work and in turn our mental health. The session will also look at how we create a positive and inclusive company culture towards mental health and wellbeing. Coronavirus has been affecting how many of us are feeling and mental wellbeing has had a significant impact. Now it is more important than ever to be aware of, and support both our own and others mental wellbeing.
