A Taste of Lean

This half day workshop will provide delegates with an overview of what Lean is and how it’s applicable to any industry.

The session is interactive, practically applying several Lean tools, theory on many other tools and a chance for delegates to apply some of the tools to real life working examples.

This taster session would also be a pre-cursor to accredited Lean Six-Sigma training being delivered by Lean On Me Associates Ltd on behalf of Ayrshire College.
