Training and Meeting Rooms
The Chamber has 2 meeting rooms available for hire, ideal for meeting clients flying into Prestwick Airport, or utilise our conference room for staff training days. Parking is included in the hire charge. Full reception services are available if you are using the room to conduct interviews.
OHP, Screen and Flip Chart is included in room hire charge. LCD projector, laptop hire and catering is available, rates vary according to requirements.

The Chamber offers the following mailing services from our comprehensive database
- inserts into magazine, either to the full run of 3500, or to members only
- separate mailing, this can be to either member, or non-member
- mailing labels, again for either member, or non-member

The monthly e-bulletin offers members the opportunity to promote events and training seminars. Event details are posted to the other business events page of our website and will be included in the events section of our e-bulletin which is emailed to approximately 900 contacts. This service is open to members only.
