Chambers are working with First Data, part of the Bank of Scotland group, to provide an extremely competitive payment processing service backed with first class support and service. The package is exclusive to Chamber of Commerce members and not available to the general market, and includes:

So what is Chamber Payment Services?
Chamber Payment Services allow businesses to process debit and credit card payments at very competitive rates.
The service is aimed at businesses who cannot currently accept payment by credit or debit cards, or those already have card payment facilities but would like to pay less for them.
In addition to discounted transaction fees, customers benefit from discounted terminal hire and no service fees.
Who can use the Chamber Payment Services?
Only Accredited Chambers and their Members are able to benefit from the specially negotiated rates, which are extremely competitive compared with what is available to the general market or through other affinity schemes.
All applications are risk assessed before services are provided, and there are a very few categories of business where service may be refused or a higher tariff imposed due to their high risk profile. Factors influencing your risk profile include business type (some activities associated with Travel or subscription services are considered higher risk, for example) and the proportion of Cardholder Not Present transactions. However, all applications are profiled individually so it is always worth completing the application form.
What if I am an existing First Data customer?
Existing First Data customers who are Chamber members will be eligible to transfer on to the special rates.
