TERMS & CONDITIONS
The giving of an order for advertising by an advertiser or agent shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders for advertising will be accepted only on the express condition that the advertiser warrants that the advertising does not in any way contravene the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
2. All copy for advertising is subject to the approval of Ayrshire Chamber, who reserve the right to decline any advertising submitted.
3. Ayrshire Chamber, while endeavouring to ensure that advertising appears with all possible regularity, will not be held liable for any loss occasioned by the failure of any advertising to appear for any reason whatsoever.
4. Payment in full must be made before advertising can appear on the website. Cancellations will be accepted during the term of the contract although no refunds will be given.
